We aim to depart from the port promptly, 45 minutes after your ship docks. To make the most of your adventure, we kindly request that you disembark as swiftly as possible and be at the designated pickup location no later than 45 minutes after your ship’s arrival.
Our pickup service extends to several locations, including Amber Cove, Taino Bay, and within the Puerto Plata city area. We also provide hotel pickup within the specified zone.

- Amber Cove: Pickup will occur outside the port, just beyond the main gate on the left side of the avenue. The distance is approximately a 10 to 12-minute walk.
Taino Bay: Pickup will occur at the main entrance, on the right side of the taxi station, outside the door. It’s a short 10-minute walk from this location.
