Loro Parque is situated in the northern part of the island. Follow the street signs to Puerto de la Cruz, marked with the Loro Parque logo. Alternatively, take the Loro Parque Express train from Puerto de la Cruz, departing every 20 minutes from Plaza de Los Reyes Catolicos. Siam Park is located at Av. Siam, s/n, 38660 Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Complimentary bus services are available from various locations.

• Your combo ticket grants you 14 days to visit the second park after using it at the first.
• Upon validation at the first park, your fingerprint will be required for verification. You still need a valid ticket for park access.
• Both parks are located in different areas.
• Children under 6 enter both parks for free; no ticket is needed.
• Residents of the Canary Islands can access the parks at a special price, which is available at the box office.
• Please note that the dolphin stadium at Loro Parque will be closed to the public from April 15th to May 21st, 2024, and dolphin shows will be suspended during this period.
